Our production process uses advanced automated equipment to standardize ingredient measuring and mixing. Through standardized procedures, we reduce the uncertainty of manual operations and maintain precise control over every stage of production, ensuring consistent product flavor, output, and hygiene standards.

FULLY AUTOMATED PACKAGING

Once formed, products immediately enter the automated packaging area, where fully automated equipment completes the sealing and filling process efficiently. This minimizes exposure to outside air, helps preserve freshness, and significantly improves packaging efficiency.

COOLING, INSPECTION &
PACKING

Products then pass through an automated cooling tunnel for rapid chilling to ensure stable quality.

STRICT QUALITY INSPECTION

As the final step before shipment, we have an independent quality inspection system in place. Using high-precision testing equipment, we conduct rigorous sampling inspections on each batch for physical and hygiene indicators, ensuring that only products meeting national food safety standards are delivered to our customers.

FOOD TESTING LAB

Led by a PhD in food science, our quality control team takes daily samples from each day’s production and tests for E. coli, coliforms, total bacterial count, mold, yeast, and other indicators to ensure consistent quality and safety. Through regular testing and careful quality control, we help safeguard food safety for consumers.

HYGIENIC PACKAGING

CHIN AN SHIN’s manufacturing facility is certified to ISO 22000 and HACCP standards and meets national requirements for compliant, hygienic, and safe production. After packaging, products pass through at least two metal detection checks as part of our quality control process. By putting food safety first and maintaining strict controls at every stage, we give consumers greater confidence in the safety of our products.
